Kola Peninsula is recognized as one of the best Atlantic Salmon fisheries in the world. Take a look at the current available dates of this upcoming season, including the large autumn Osenka run.
Year after year Belousiha River Lodge is increasingly consolidated on the Atlantic salmon fisherman’s map. This has happened for several reasons, such as the beautiful salmon that prowl in the waters of the Belousiha and Voronya River, also, their price considerably lower than the neighboring operations in the Kola Peninsula.
Fishing season in Voronya
Fishing season in Voronya River fishing starts in early July. That´s because it’s a big river, it averages 70 meters wide and it’s colder on average than any other in the Kola Peninsula, mainly because it’s a tailwater. We think this is the reason why the summer Atlantic Salmon run starts late but also it finishes a bit later than usual. The summer run can extend to the second week of August.
