Year after year Belousiha River Lodge is increasingly consolidated on the Atlantic salmon fisherman’s map. This has happened for several reasons, such as the beautiful salmon that prowl in the waters of the Belousiha and Voronya River, also, their price considerably lower than the neighboring operations in the Kola Peninsula.
Fishing season in Voronya
Fishing season in Voronya River fishing starts in early July. That´s because it’s a big river, it averages 70 meters wide and it’s colder on average than any other in the Kola Peninsula, mainly because it’s a tailwater. We think this is the reason why the summer Atlantic Salmon run starts late but also it finishes a bit later than usual. The summer run can extend to the second week of August.

KOLA RESERVE, Russia
After extensive scouting during the last fall at Kola Reserve, the newest operation in the Kola Peninsula decided to open two more fishing weeks, aiming for the Osenka run.
The Lumbovka and Kachkovka are members of the select number of rivers in Kola Peninsula that each autumn houses these legendary fish. The Osenka Atlantic Salmon runs every September and October. These fish are powerful and bright with an average of 10 to 16 pounds!
