Saturday 4th of June afternoon a pyroclastic cloud arrived to Bariloche city, turning the day into night, the cloud was over 10 Km high covering the hole area with ash, volcanic sand and even small pumice rocks. The event was caused by the eruption of the Puyehue Volcano, located in Chile, just 100 Km away from Bariloche City.
Flights are totally canceled until wednesday, we are waiting for another cloud in the afternoon, hope it doesn´t last for long.
Villa la Angostura, Piedra del Aguila, Traful, Jacobacci, Pilcaniyeu, Rawson are other affected locatios.
